Our fourth apartment renovation within the iconic Sargood House Building, formerly a textile manufacturing warehouse for Sargood and Gardiner built in 1926 and converted into apartments in 1998.
-
Large 220sqm apartment
-
An entire apartment renovation. By peeling back the internal envelope of the building we will be creating an internal winter garden, the first of its kind in the heritage listed building.
-
By raising the floor we have maximized the flexibility of the usable floorspace, thereby allowing plumbing, heat and cooling to be relocated seamlessly.
-
Demolition and mechanical rough in is complete and the computer floor has been laid. Work has just commenced on building the internal walls and plumbing rough in.
